Count the first three lines you have written in an essay. This will help you find your average number of words per line. Then, you can figure out roughly how many lines you would need to write for each essay.
Make sure to make mind maps of topics at home, as this will help you in the writing and speaking sections of the exam. Examples from these topics may overlap (e.g. you may be asked to talk about travel in the exam, but you may have other related topics that you can mention too).
Why not record yourself speaking on your phone for a few minutes and play it back. Pretend you are the speaking examiner and assess yourself!
