• A private bathroom with a wash basin, a toilet, and a shower.
• A shared kitchen and living area with a TV (shared between 5 -11 flatmates).
• Bed linen and kitchen utensils included (please bring your own towels).
• Bi-weekly cleaning of the kitchen and common areas.
• Self-catered (you are responsible for your own meals).
• Laundry facilities are available on-site (approximately £5.00 per wash/dry).

Information Regarding Private Accommodation Not Booked With Kings Hall College

If you decide to rent a room, flat, or house, you will have to get in touch with a letting agency or landlord and sign a Tenancy Agreement. Most accommodation has a minimum of 6 months agreement. You will be responsible for paying your own bills and council tax. If you need any further help or advice, the Accommodation and Welfare Officer, will be happy to help.
